What is Precious Time Concierge Service?
We are a Personal Assistant, Errand and Concierge service provider. Precious Time’s target audience is college students. The companies objective is to make all college student’s lives comfortable, luxurious, and less stressful.

How can this service help me?
We can help you by doing the things you don’t want to do or don’t have time to do. We become your personal assistant so you can have more time to do the things you enjoy. We understand how important college is for your future, our goal is to help you reach your goals.

What if a service i need is not listed?
Precious Time is here to help you. If there is something you need us to assist you with and it is not listed, just ask. We are always adding new services to our repertoire. Any suggestions from our clients are not only acceptable, we encourage it.

How do I pay for Precious Time’s services?
Precious Time is a member’s only service. Which means a student cannot just call up and place an order. They must have a pre-paid account with Precious Time. It works like this, a student opens an account with us, and they must deposit no less than fifty dollars into the account. We accept Cash, Check, and all major credit cards. Once they have money in their account they are able to use our service. They place an order with Precious Time; we pick it up, pay for it, deliver it, and debit the cost of the food and a small delivery charge from their pre-paid account. That’s it! If it is a service you are in need of such as our House Cleaning Service, or Computer Technician it will work the same way. You tell us what you need, we will set it all up for you, and then we debit the cost of the service plus a small fee from your Precious Time account. It is that simple.

What happens if I need after hours service?
Our hours are always flexible. If you require assistance outside our hours of operation please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Is there a minimum for me to deposit into my account?
Yes, the minimum deposit is $50. There is no maximum and you can add to your account at any time. This deposit is your money to be used on your goods and services.

Can I withdraw left over funds?
Yes, the money in your account is yours and you can do what you want with it. If you would like to withdraw funds or de-activate your account, we will refund you with the remaining funds in your account, in the form of a check.

How can I become a preferred vendor?
If you would like to be considered to perform services for our Client's, please call us or send an email telling us all about your services and the fee you charge.

Who can use Precious Time’s concierge services?
Presently, Precious Time is only available for college students.
